POLICIES

  • Walk-Ins: We do welcome walk-in, however, it is based upon availability. If we are busy there may be a waiting period or you may be required to schedule an appointment.
  • As a courtesy we send out email confirmations automatically to each client who has supplied us with their email within 48 hours and/or phone call confirmation one day before your appointment. However, it is your responsibilty to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
  • No Shows: After two no shows, a deposit may be required to book future appointments. This will be determined by stylist. 
  • Running Late?: We understand "life happens". If you are running late, please call us (301)-984-1177. Depending on how late you are running, your appointment may have to be moved or altered. 
  • Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be granted. We stand by our services and will do everything to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you contact your stylist or the salon within 7 days of the service. 
  • Children: As a safety precaution, please be aware that there are hot tools plugged in and sharp objects in the salon. It is your responsbility to watch your child(ren) at all times. 
  • All boutique items and sale items are FINAL SALES: hair brushes, jewelry, fragrances, etc. 
  • Gift Certificates: No refunds will be given for gift certificate purchases. Gift certificates are NOT redeemable for cash. 
  • Returns/Exchanges: We offer exchanged on retail products, no returns. You can exchange within 30 days of purchase and product must be atleast half full. No exchanges on products we no longer carry or that are on clearence.
